Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
A reliable telephone service is essential for a law firm to function and grow. Also, online portal app is very convenient to answer calls while not in the office. Fax via online portal means that we can access the fax documents any time.

Call path was charged extra and being in law firm we could have 3-5 people on the phone at a same time. Broadvoice does not limit to call path which is the main reason we switched to broadvoice.
