Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ to increase transparency of commission structure and compensation for Account Managers. It's great to be able to see the compensation for each deal and project future bonuses. This is an awesome tool and helps track target progression throughout the quarter. This eliminates the ambiguity and guessing for employees that have a significant portion of their income coming from OTE

I can only speak to the benefits that come from using CaptivateIQ for increased transparency into a sales professional's compensation plan. I have found this tool removes ambiguity in compensation down to a deal level. This helps to ensure you are compensated fully with each deal and allows for you to plan on incoming commission instead of having to guess.
