- I like the recommendations daily.
- I like that it does have so many filters to search under.
- I like that there is a direct search capability.
- One of the fields is "my team". It shows far more people on my team than there are and I can't find my reps under my reps.
- Looks like a great tool, just need the filters to drill down easier for me and my team to find my teams calls faster.
