We set up Chorus.ai to record all demo/calls we present to customers, and that is being, in my opinion, of a great help for reviewing everything was said by the customers. Sometimes I forget something that was mentioned during the call, and Chorus.ai gives me the possibility to go back and watch everything that was said, which helps me to improve my sales strategy with the companies I am working with.
Our manager and director reviews our demos to understand if there are points that need to be improved when conducing a meeting with new customers. We also use the recording for training purposes when hiring new sales persons.
  • Best thing for me is that I know I will be able to watch everything again later, so I don't have to take notes all the time, and I can focus on what the customer is saying.
  • Sometimes the transcriptions are not much accurate, specially when the conversation happens to be with non-native english speakers.

  • As a salesperson Chorus.ai help me to better my sales performance and accuracy on proposals I send based on everything the customer has mentioned during the calls. It's hard to quantify, but it definitely adds on the closing rate percentage.

As mentioned before, I have the ability to watch as many times as I want a meeting and review everything that was said by my customers, being able to build better presentations and proposals to them.
It's definitely a feature that became part of our tech stack and won't go away. I personally haven't had the opportunity to try other tools that compete with Chorus.ai, but I have heard they lack in quality when compared to Chorus.ai, or are not cost attractive as well. Compared to my old tools (notepad + pen) I can say it's a game changer.
The use for training purposes is quite new in here, and it's seems to be working pretty well. That is saving time and resources from us, which is very important, considering that we are a StartUp with limited people. It also has a great impact if considering we are a global company, with people working remotely from everywhere, and with Chorus, our managers have the ability to see how we are performing as salespersons, and provide acurate feedbacks.
I haven't used any of the free training resources so far, but regarding to customer support the one time I need it, I receive a quick and good support from the Chorus.ai team.
I know our director has evaluated Chorus.ai and Gong before opting to work with Chorus.ai, but I am not sure what was it that made him decide to go with Chorus.ai and not with Gong.
