Nowadays, ClickUp is used all the time in the day-to-day activities of the agency. We work with different types of projects and clients, but mainly in the field of tourism and hospitality. As we are a completely "home office-first" agency, all our work needs to be within ClickUp. While facilitating our work by being highly efficient and powerful, it also generates data and statistics that we use even as goals that are established for the use of ClickUp, monitored in Google Looker (formerly DataStudio). Today, Coevo not only depends on it but also loves working with ClickUp.

It is already a routine to brainstorm remotely using Clickup's Whiteboard. People enter and interact in real-time, in dynamics that simulate very well a face-to-face interaction in a meeting with Design Thinking methods!

We use ClickUp not only to organize our tasks. We have a culture of adding our needs within the tool: • instead of Google Docs, we use ClickUp Docs for complex documents that are attached to Tasks • we don't use Miro or Canva for Whiteboards, we use Clickup Whiteboard • Instead of an external Wiki, we use the Docs structure.
