Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Templated project management and process documentation for client projects, internal onboarding, and basic to-do list (but customized in a way that is much more useful than the standard to-do list application).
- Flexibility / customization
- Integration with other systems
- All-in-one platform, allowing for more streamlined software ecosystem
- It's a bit more complex than necessary
- More automated project management
- More WLB via improved scheduling/task management
- Decreased software subscriptions
I'm still piloting this on my own, but will be launching it with others in Q3
I'm eliminating a separate document management system, and task management and deliverable scheduling is also streamlined. I've got some email automation. In the future, I'll also be using it for other purposes and able to eliminate a few more software systems -- but not yet.
- Wrike and Jira Software
Wrike and Jira are just two, but I've used many over the years. None have the flexibility and all-in-one potential that ClickUp has.
