Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We used ClickUp to document all the features of medical software and then organise them based on their priority and labels. It's easy to add comment and screenshot in a task. It's so useful and beneficial for my team.
  • Colour lables so that user can see the easily
  • Listing of the task and it's details
  • when we open the card then it shows everything in one page view
  • Task should be open in a page. not only in modal
  • UI can be improve to give overview of perticuler task
  • It increase productivity
  • Reduce so many hours of meetings
Due to ClickUp our team collaboration increased and our meeting time reduced. Our whole team can be relay on ClickUp for the task information. Overall, It improved our project management.
We used ClickUp to document all the task with details and also we set milestone so it was easy to track milestone progress.
We have used clickup over Jira beacuse we have documented all the domain details as per topic and it was easy to manage in the clickup. Also, we are able to manage milestones in clickup very easily. UI for labels is far better in clickup then Jira. That's why we used clickup for our project.

It is well suited to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Feature I love in ClickUp is that it is so easy to use and understand and we can focus on one task at a time also I like to add label and color to tasks. also we can manage task based on labels we created.

I rate ClickUp a 7 because of its user-friendly interface, robust project management features, and effective collaboration tools. While it meets our current needs well, there is room for improvement in customization options and integrations with other software. Overall, ClickUp has been a valuable asset for our team's productivity and organization.
