Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

At the University of Michigan we have several schools, colleges, and units who have taken advantage of Cvent Event Management. All roles, groups, and training is owned by our team at account level, however once any SCU has gone through our onboard training we let them build, launch, and take charge of their own events.

  • Minor adjustments in reporting. Some reports should have more access to fields
  • We are able to get direct cost and indirect expenses and correlate those to direct revenue or attributed revenue.
Cvent has the best platform from a user experience on the client facing side to the back-end user interface. Cvent has great integrations with other platforms such as Cisco's Webex, Zoom, and most importantly merchant accounts. But, what helps Cvent stand out the most to all other platforms is their commitment to improving their product. Cvent has a great product road map and has been keeping to their deadlines.

Our events range from 25 to over a thousand attendees. No matter the size we have exact numbers of registrants, attendees, guest, and no shows. With Cvent Event Management and OnArrival Onsite Solution, we can create a great attendee check-in experience and able to survey mood of the event with onsite surveys or having a staff able to engage to specific donor.
