Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers

D&B is one of our best tools to identify, enrich, enhance our account data, duns numbers and all the related fields. I use it daily and it is great to improve the quality of our data. Account hierarchy, Duns, Immediate parent duns, domestic ultimate DUNS and Global Ultimate DUNS numbers are very important fields to be populated.

When I started my role, we already have D&B Hoovers, I believe premium support as it is critical for our success.
We had to send a list to them to research some international accounts to see if we could get DUNS numbers and any additional account information.
