Overall Satisfaction with Folloze

We have a variety of content within our organization that we like to promote across our various solutions. While all the content is great, we need to be able to tailor our content and messaging to make it as relevant as possible. That is why we are using Folloze for our account-based marketing tactics- paid media driving to specialized pages housing relevant messaging and content for specific accounts. In addition, we use the tool to send personalized emails that allows us to track open rates.

Overall the templatized format of Folloze is an easy UX, I do wish there were more templates/more customizations possible within the tool. I would also like to test out the multi-account personalization feature but have yet to do so. The Folloze tool templates are easy to use and fast to create, which is great!
Our client service team is great and very responsive! We have monthly meetings where we learn about the latest and greatest as well as answers to our questions. They are always willing to meet ad hoc to discuss troubleshooting or additional ideas/strategies. Nothing but positive things to say about the team at Folloze.

Yes

Folloze is great for where you can tailor the messaging and content but it may be less worthwhile for more broad-based efforts. The personalization element has worked well for us when it comes to RFP responses (password protected) and we have seen great account engagement, all on the 1 to 1 level.
