Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We have started to use GoTo Connect in the early days of the Covid quarantine for internal and external communication.

I can say that the brand image is good; the feeling is that the ui is well adapted to the device used. Not perfect the actual functionalities when different type of devices are used (ex_pc, mobile and phone)
Very easily: it was the first we have tested. First days of Covid there was a lot of caos and we have not time for an market investigation
