Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

We use GoTo Meeting as one of our webinar platforms. It can seat up to 200 attendees/Learners.
  • It works decently on both the laptops and mobile devices.
  • It's reasonably priced.
  • You can record webinars fairly easily.
  • Because we use it as a webinar/education tool, the ability to track attendance - and have those attendance records automatically export to our LMS (Learning Management System) is critical to us. That worked well until last year.
  • Because our training must adhere to the AICPA/NASBA standards to issue CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credits to our Learners, it's important that we're able to track who responded to the polling questions and how they answered those questions. That worked decently until last year.
  • Initially, it helped us achieve our learning objectives. But when the exporting attendance data and tracking polling questions functionality started to break, it was difficult to get the support. This platform no longer meets our needs as well.
We're excited about the potential to use virtual break out rooms with Adobe. GoTo Meeting doesn't have this functionality.
We can use it when there are less than 200 attendees/learners. For larger audiences, we then move to its sister product, GoTo Webinar.
