Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove in the sales department. We use it to manage email templates, campaigns, leads, and the dialer for outreach- all to support the sales process. I am an end-user of the platform.
  • Organizing templates and putting them into Gmail
  • Groove Spaces allows for lots of customization of lead lists
  • Groove lets you easily share templates/emails with coworkers
  • The OmniDialer doesn't always connect well and you have to log lots of details manually.
  • More functionality in Groove for sending emails/making calls right from there
  • Better connection with Salesforce, I usually have to use both at the same time.
  • OmniDialer
  • Spaces
  • Flows
  • Email templates
  • Increased productivity
  • More organized sales process
  • Better collaboration between sales reps
Groove is really nice and easy to use, I just wish it connected better with Salesforce because I still have to use both side by side but I'd like to just use Groove in the future. I also like the OmniDialer but you have to click and type 3-4 different things before you're done which takes some more time than it would in just Salesforce.
I really like Groove, I think it's a great addition to any of the CRMs it connects with. I love how it stores and uses templates so easily and you can really collaborate/work on accounts together with teammates. It logs everything you do to your CRM which is super helpful.

Well suited: you have a team that shares email templates/flows often, your salespeople use their computers to call prospects, and if you use Salesforce

Less appropriate: you're not on a team that needs to collaborate, if you're looking to reduce time spent on logging things in Salesforce/when making cold calls.
