Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove in the sales department. We use it to manage email templates, campaigns, leads, and the dialer for outreach- all to support the sales process. I am an end-user of the platform.
- Organizing templates and putting them into Gmail
- Groove Spaces allows for lots of customization of lead lists
- Groove lets you easily share templates/emails with coworkers
- The OmniDialer doesn't always connect well and you have to log lots of details manually.
- More functionality in Groove for sending emails/making calls right from there
- Better connection with Salesforce, I usually have to use both at the same time.

I really like Groove, I think it's a great addition to any of the CRMs it connects with. I love how it stores and uses templates so easily and you can really collaborate/work on accounts together with teammates. It logs everything you do to your CRM which is super helpful.
