Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to support Marketing events and initiatives, but most importantly we use it to supplement Sales messages. We automate responses and flows to start people on a path of interest and continue the nurturing based on decisions or actions by the prospect/customer.

It is easy for the end user to quickly complete a template or to add a user to an existing flow. This makes the adoption rate soar.

The administration of the tool is simple to apply even if you have never used something like this before.

Groove also has capabilities that other tools may lack such as global actions, reporting and connections to campaigns.
The ease of use, pricing, installation and most importantly the connection to Campaigns were the deciding factor for Groove. The CSM and implementation team were a bonus!

Groove is easy to install and implement. User adoption is quick and does not require in-depth knowledge of marketing or sales messaging. It carries data between SFDC and itself. It allows for quick scheduling of meetings and reduces individual messaging between prospects and Sales.

I find that you do need to make sure you have a good process in place for what you want to automate and the various messaging/timing for each flow. However, this is true for any system such as this.

After extensive research and use of the major systems in the market area, it was an easy choice to use Groove.
