The product is primarily used by our Smarketing team (Sales & Marketing team) and more so now in our Customer Service team. Hubspot enables you to re-adjust your sales team cost base and plays an integral part in your sales and customer service processes.

- The detail analysis is not what we're used to at Phocas using our own product. This is why we've integrated our own product to Hubspot and use Phocas for all our analysis of Hubspot and CRM data.
