We utilize HubSpot CRM as our primary source of truth for the sales and marketing teams, as well as content delivery to prospects. Our team enjoys the ability to track and quantify their outbound efforts. [We have combined] the power of HubSpot CRM and [our software to make our salespeople] more effective, because [our software] feeds every salesperson with the "why" and "what" (customer context) of what a customer has been actively doing online, and HubSpot CRM tracks the outcome of each sales interaction.

HubSpot CRM is an easier-to-deploy version compared to both Zoho and Salesforce, both of which [I believe] love to layer on professional service charges.

HubSpot CRM is well suited in a sales environment where the number of prospects is in the thousands of records. This would be primarily a B2B environment. Unfortunately for the B2C markets, HubSpot CRM is poorly priced for businesses that maintain a customer record list in the millions and would like to use HubSpot CRM as a way to track the performance of their customer interactions.
