Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Comprehensive and savvy "CRM" for ALL your marketing needs! Sometimes I laugh out loud at the abilities of HubSpot in capturing relevant information and notifying me about the progression of the contacts/leads along their educational and buying journey! It is FAR BEYOND any other CRM in regards to flexibility for reporting, analysis and ease of use! LIKE NO OTHER! You MUST invest in this "tool" if you are serious about your business and GTM and pipeline building strategies!

SO MUCH EASIER TO USE HUBSPOT CRM OVER ANY OTHER CRM EVER! ! Until you use it, you may not get it! It's so much more "intelligent" than other tools! In EVERY way! Data manipulation; alerting; sequences, Lead journey/Scoring, etc.! Bowled over as a former ACT and Salesforce CRM tools had their strengths however HubSpot is a much stronger CRM.
I didn't select HubSpot [CRM], it was in place when I joined the organization, however, I was blown away by how easy it was to learn and use and glean value from immediately! In the past, I'd used ACT! and Salesforce.com. I LOVE HubSpot [CRM]!

GREAT in alerting users that a contact has been associated with an opportunity in Salesforce! Great at alerting users when a contact has opened or clicked on an email/asset. Really like the LISTS feature for sorting thru contacts at a company. It's fun to use!
