Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Comprehensive and savvy "CRM" for ALL your marketing needs! Sometimes I laugh out loud at the abilities of HubSpot in capturing relevant information and notifying me about the progression of the contacts/leads along their educational and buying journey! It is FAR BEYOND any other CRM in regards to flexibility for reporting, analysis and ease of use! LIKE NO OTHER! You MUST invest in this "tool" if you are serious about your business and GTM and pipeline building strategies!

HubSpot [CRM] aligns the Contacts in HubSpot with the Leads tab (or Contacts tab) in Salesforce and can display ALL interactions for the user to see. Plus provides alerts when HubSpot contacts are being interacted with in Salesforce which is VERY helpful for several reasons! Keeps everyone informed of who is doing what so we don't accidentally trip over each other! Very important to avoid this mishap when possible and HubSpot helps to ensure it won't occur.
I didn't select HubSpot [CRM], it was in place when I joined the organization, however, I was blown away by how easy it was to learn and use and glean value from immediately! In the past, I'd used ACT! and Salesforce.com. I LOVE HubSpot [CRM]!
