Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use it as a database for leads and accounts management. I need to track contacts and the number of times we reach out to them.
- Easy to use.
- Easy to send emails and track them.
- Log information.
- Being able to look into other names/people while composing a message to someone.
- Being able to easily jump from deals to tasks to contacts and then to the company without losing your spot.
- Creating views, for example. It is not easy to add columns to view, but when I do it, they are not saved.
- Setting up sequences.
- Tracking leads.
- Easy to use helps reps use it.
- Tasks need to be more delineated so that reps can track them by leads vs. a need to make a phone call follow-up.
Hubspot is easier to use.
