Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot connects are entire company. It's how we keep track of clients, job stages, and communicate amongst our staff and customers. The business problems Hubspot solves for us is mainly making sure no customer falls of track. When you get 20+ inquiries daily sometimes it's hard to make sure everyone gets accounted for. With Hubspot's sequences and different automations that they offer, the system does a lot of the follow up process for us.
- Sequences. The automatic email follow up if the client doesn't respond.
- Tasks. Reminding me to follow up with people that want to talk 6+ months later.
- Deal Pipelines: Helps have an organized overview of all of my active projects.
- Different color options. Tired of looking at orange. I want to be able to personalize my portal to be more aesthetically pleasing.
- Integration with specific platforms. Proposify to be exact. Need to be able to integrate our financing and contract platforms.
- Combining contacts. Want to be able to have 2 people seen as one but still be able to have the email associated with the correct first name. For example, husband and wife.
- Automations have increased our sales rep adoption
- Analytics have shortened our deal cycles therefore making us more deals because they get over the line faster.
- Helped make sure no customer falls off track. Saved countless deals from never going through
Solo was a lot more user friendly and had a much better presentation process but it also had far less detail. For some sales teams that's exactly what is needed. When you're dealing with a larger volume of clients, it's helpful to have as much detail as possible. The end.
