Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Centralized account information and quotes. It enables me to templatize my outreach, track email success rates, analyze productivity with customer dashboards, and track sales and goals. It is where my work day starts and ends with a robust task management configuration. There are a wealth of additional features that I haven't even begun to explore though I am looking forward to it.
  • Task Management.
  • Quote creation.
  • Customize reporting and dashboards.
  • Email templates and tracking.
  • Task setting date defaults to a bunch of canned options with the calendar as the last item. The calendar approach is easier than trying to figure out when and where the suggested options would fall.
  • Task setting only populates reports for tasks completed if you close the task and create a new one. That's not efficient enough for my workflow as I simply update the task and push it to the next necessary date.
  • Quoting is as intuitive as I expected, but it could be the way we have it setup.
  • Increased pipeline.
The customization that is available is outstanding. Generating reports is a lot more straightforward. The CRM is overall more intuitive.
Hubspot is more intuitive than Salesforce from an account manager's perspective. It reduces the need to spend on calendar invite integration, email tracking and reporting, and other additions that were needed on Salesforce. The reporting is much easier to configure and manage.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Sales and marketing teams would benefit most from HubSpot. While I only use it for the sales portion, I have found it easy to learn and has a lot of built-in features that don't require buying more software to track emails and generate those reports. It feels like a one-stop shop.
