Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is our primary CRM for customer service, sales & marketing. We also use it for content management. We have set up a scoring system in HubSpot that tracks prospects' activity and sends alerts once they reach a certain score. HubSpot makes it easy for our sales marketing & customer service teams to remain efficient and all on the same page.
  • Track emails.
  • Records telephone calls.
  • Assign tasks to co-workers.
  • Keep track of deal stages.
  • The chatbot needs some work to be more useful.
  • Make dashboards easier to create.
  • Make sequences easier to create.
  • We launched a new product using HS to track sales & marketing.
  • Our sales cycle has shortened as sales manager has greater visibility in their rep's pipeline.
  • We have increased our revenues by 35% over past 18 months using HS.
it's much easier to use and has many more features. I will never use Salesforce again.
Analytics is what sets HS apart, as well as not having to customize the software so much.

HubSpot is so easy to learn, especially coming from Salesforce. There are many features that come with HS that aren't available in Salesforce, and the workflows are much simpler. I am a big fan of the sales support HS offers and the webinars. Tracking emails and analytics are easy to access, and I don't know where HS would be less appropriate.
