Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is a great CRM tool that easily stores customer information, pipeline data, reporting information, etc. I have only touched the surface of what this tool is capable of. The add-ons and integrations simplify processes and create efficiencies that I didn't even know were possible with today's tools. As a user of the product, I appreciate having both a desktop version and a mobile app to use when I'm on the road.

- When sending emails inside of HubSpot, I would like the ability to use my true email signature with the company logo.
- Sometimes, accounts are duplicated due to multiple email addresses, creating redundant accounts and confusion.
- Connecting to the external email is excellent, but sometimes it populates accounts, that weren't meant to be added into HubSpot.
- Sorting customers by industry or region allows me to capture audiences based on certain events or tradeshows.
- A communication log is great for keeping track of conversations and following up, setting tasks and reminders with a spot for all of the recent information.
- Visibility to creation date and last activity date help keep up with customers and who we haven't heard from in a while / who we should contact.
Salesforce required extensive training classes for all users before being given a login. Also, the information needed to create customers was not wholly relevant to our business, so there were times when answers had to be populated with default information, and so that would be incorrectly represented in the system.
