Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We selected Influtive to mature and centralize our client community and advocacy initiatives. We needed a better way to regularly engage with customers beyond email and connect our product team with our users. Influitive helps us communicate important things like product updates while also strengthening relationships by helping us showcase the human side of our brand and giving clients a direct line to employees behind the frontline.

Influitive support is very responsive and helpful. Clear answers and willing to pass feature requests along as needed.
Influitive has helped us hit client advocacy goals (reviews, case studies) and also centralize our community and knowledge base in one location. This helped us achieve our goals while improving the overall brand and product experience for our clients.

Based on our experience, internal buy-in before implementing this solution is really key. Influitive is most successful when there is shared ownership among marketing, product, client success, and support. Marketing led the purchase decision at our organization and because of that, other teams were slower to adopt Influitive into their standard operating procedures. We have other teams on board now but in hindsight, I wish we would have slowed down and brought other teams along with us during both the platform selection and implementation process. It would have accelerated our success.
