As a senior staffing specialist, I use JobDiva in all phases of running my desk. I use it to stay engaged with clients as well as consultants. It is our primary recruiting tool. It is our ATS and contains the information on companies, clients, and candidates to ensure that we can match those candidates looking for a job and our hiring clients.

We have regular support - after having it for so many years most of the issues have been resolved.
Yes - it was resolved very quickly and they immediately responded to our initial problem.
They always give us exceptional customer service. There have been times when a candidate record was not working properly and they immediately looked into the issue and got it resolved in a timely manner.
