Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing
I use Khoros to manage the day to day posts on social media and to look at results in marketing analytics. Khoros is very easy to use and addresses the problem of keeping content organized and publishing

- Nice dashboards for analytics
- Wonderful UI
- I do not get FB data on my dashboards so I have to use other ones
- I enjoy my job more with Khoros because it's easy to use
- I like the transparency of Khoros

Khoros is by far the easiest to use
Spinklr has more functions with ads for TWitter and you can keep track of budget easily on Sprinklr but it is an absolute MONSTER for the interface. I am a certified Sprinklr admin and I still have problems figuring stuff out.
Hootsuite is nice, easy interface, I think it has the same functions as Khoros
Social Studio is nice but has very little functinoality is is really just an extension of SFDC
