Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We conduct regular phishing tests and monthly training, with additional training as needed based on the testing. All users with an email address get phished and are sent the training. We analyze the results of every test and adjust the next training session as needed.
We have no begun to create our own flyers and posters based on those we see in KnowBe4 to raise awareness and keep people thinking about data security.

Pros
- The phishing is great
- Adding new content fairly regularly is a plus
- I love the analytics on the admin side
- The training is more engaging than other training services
- KnowBe4 really seems to listen to their user-base and makes changes accordingly
Cons
- Sometimes users complain the training content is a bit repetitive
- I would like to assign managers to users based on the department I put them in
- Recurring phishing management can be a bit cumbersome with how it's nested, I understand why it's like this, but it can be hard to wrap your head around.
- It's saved us from over 120 real phishing attacks
- Users are more guarded with what they share on social media
We liked the ease of use for end-users and how the content feels a bit less formal. It shouldn't be such a boring task to train.

The fresher the better. Users like training that is different from the standard training video. They comment on what they learned from the content, which is not something we get from other training services for different products.
We separate users into departments based on their physical location, assigning managers as we create users. If a user fails a phishing test they go through remedial training based on the type of failure. We also have departments for high value targets in the company for specialized training courses.
Phish prone percentage and user training completions.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
We won't use these, I would like to enable Google Workspaces sign-on. We'll be doing that shortly.
I would love to use the AI phishing tests displayed at KB4-CON 2023. We use AIDA now and that seems to really target the areas that need attention on users. Would love the ChatGPT testing, though.
We currently don't use PhishER or PhishFlip. We are looking at them, though.

Easy for end-users to train and easy for us to add them to the system.
I would look at training content, ease of use and if the organization has a security awareness conference.

- No Training
The UI was intuitive enough to use. KnowBe4's knowledge base is also available. But going in and playing with features is my recommended approach.
Using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Pros | Cons |

- User portal for training
- user filtering and adding
- Adding managers to user fields after-the-fact, should be based on group or department
- recurring training can be kind of cumbersome to figure out because it's nested within the initially created training. It makes sense but still a little off.
Yes - I haven't used it personally, the QR code to log in is a little cumbersome for most users.
