I use Mailchimp for my team and other teams within the company use it as well. I use it for communication with other employees in my team but it’s also used for communications for the entire company.

Constant Contact

Constant Contact is nowhere near as simple to use and intuitive as Mailchimp. The processes for storing information are more difficult and there’s not as much customization functionality.

Mailchimp is perfect for marketing emails and online ads and couldn’t be more simple for this purpose. It’s also great for team communications and updates as well as storing contact information, integrating with other apps for further functionality, and much more.
