Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Our entire organization uses Microsoft 365. It is our primary form of communication and content creation. It is used for email communication, schedule management, Virtual Meetings, individual and group chats.
It's used for collaboration and creation. It helps address accessibility issues with documents created and fixes the need for schedule coordination and so much more.

- Scheduling, Calendars & Emails.
- Simple WYSISWYG Formatting and Design
- Accessibility Reviewer and Tips built in
- Intuitive for basic use
- Shortcuts!
- Lacks Menu/Display Format Configurations- It would be nice to pin buttons or have them float as needed to remove repetitive mouse movements. (The Quick Access Toolbar is at the top which is a LOT of mouse movement for something in the middle... so not particularly quick).
- The Size and Picture/Object Menus used to attach to the side so you had a full menu of options and they appear to have returned to pop outs only. SO frustrating when I am doing a similar function on a lot of objects and have to reopen the menu every time.
- The floating/appears when selected menus. They're good for clutter purposes, but again I would like the menu to also be able [to] stay if I want or need it to (which was something the right side bar had solved. Perhaps it's glitching for me and will return?)
- Forms - It would be nice if they had more form/survey functionality in Word.
- Microsoft Forms has limited question functionality.
- Access is not fun, it glitches a lot. I don't use it (I used to a few years ago perhaps they improved).
- Teams - Really needs more customization visually, but is making improvements. It's still not a great training site if you like in depth detailed interactions, but works great for basic meets and trainings.
- The white on white menus are hard to see/identify sometimes. I'd like a bit more contrast.
- Teams Collaboration, Chat, etc.
- Outlook - Scheduling & Email Communication
- Word & Excel - Documents and Data
- Accessible and Inclusive File Output
- Real Time and Asynchronous Collaboration
Microsoft 365 is a complete package. If your work is business more than creative than it 100% suits your needs. The pieces it offers, the desk top apps available on demand, and the integrations are far reaching and hard to match with other products. It's clear they've been used by businesses as they have a [tool] for pretty much every need.
