Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is being used across the organization. We are in the process of rolling it out more extensively as we still have Skype for Business. Teams is a great tool to reduce the email volume and provide a secure and centralized place to share content within a team.

- Custom Lists
- Custom permissions for files
- Remote teams can work more effectively
- Saving in storage as files are shared in a public cloud
I think Teams is ahead of the game. Its tight integration with the Microsoft suite has no rival. Having Azure as the backend provides a secure environment in the cloud with content accessible anytime anywhere. Microsoft is heavily investing in the product and constantly adding new features like the recently added private channels.
