Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great new tool used for administrative, technical, and teaching purposes. I primarily use it to create training materials, drawings, project management plans, wireframes, and brainstorming. It solves a lot of problems by consolidating what different apps can do in one centralized place.
  • Functions a lot like Adobe Illustrator but is more user-friendly.
  • Integrated Google search engine is super helpful and saves time.
  • Templates are very well designed and easy to use.
  • The basic plan is limited by the number of boards.
  • Architectural templates like AutoCAD would be nice.
  • Would be cool if Miro got into the CMS game like WordPress, Wix, etc.
  • Reduced completion time.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Transfer of ideas.
  • Easier learning curve.
Not really. I've found it incredibly useful and malleable to whatever my project goals are as mentioned in previous questions.
Works pretty seamlessly with signing in via Google or SSO. Can easily communicate with team members apart of the same SSO network.
Many schools, particularly design and architecture are using Miro with success. It's really helped as a whiteboarding tool using Zoom.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is way more advanced than Piktochart. I'm not sure if Miro allows a user to format docs in various templates and sizes for brochures, etc, but that feature would be really helpful.
Miro is amazing for communicating ideas, strategy, and information. The templates save so much time and look super professional. It is easy to share, comment, and make changes quickly. I use it both for internal brainstorming and creating documents to share with stakeholders and users. It is less appropriate for users who are not tech-savvy and need a basic PDF.
