Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As students, we use it to manage our projects. We work in groups, so having a shared area like Miro makes it much more efficient to share ideas and such, especially during a time with COVID-19. Though even when we can meet up it is still our go-to program to share our ideas, progress, and plans in.
Pros
- Keeping track
- Sharing
- Planning
Cons
- More teams for students, not just groups
- The option to hide names from view
- Custom templates
- Easier communication
- Improved productivity
- Improved track keeping of projects
We are collaborating in smaller groups, where the groups change regularly. We do not yet have any that works strictly remotely. Though it has been very useful when our locations have been unstable due to COVID-19. Besides that, it has been nice how Miro is available across platforms.

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?

Personally, I find Miro better for group work. OneNote is good for personal notes but tends to be much slower with updating compared to Miro. I just find Miro better for anything where you are not the only one writing or brainstorming for that matter. OneNote seems better for "notebook" styled notes that you take alone.
