Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our design team uses Miro to collaborate with internal designers and our clients. We use it as a brainstorming tool as well as a platform for knowledge sharing.
  • Great for templating.
  • Great for sharing content and live streaming as teams collaborate.
  • Organization of projects
  • Memory and syncing of information, lots of lag time.
  • Hot key commands
  • Saving down content as a vector file if a frame is not established.
  • Improved productivity with reviewing with 3rd party team members.
  • It’s a great resource/shortcut for accessing information without a file server/folder structure.
  • A con would be accessibility to different boards, enabling read only would be preferred instead of no accessibility so that we don’t need to wait on another user to approve access.
Yes! The cross integration of teams has been very beneficial and crucial for knowledge share of information and projects. We use the platform as a workspace to collectively provide input on projects and collaborate as a unified team through brand templates. This is critical when sharing with clients and identifying comments from each user and which team they belong to.
The whiteboard workspace is a game changer as it allows many team members to work seamlessly together without anyone working as a silo. monday.com was a good resource for organization and tracking of info (something Miro could do better) but the work sharing opportunity is a step up when having such a large team of collaborators.
