Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to collaborate, plan, review and work together virtually. It brings teams together who wouldn't usually be able to collaborate - across different countries and time zones.

Miro has been brilliant at integrating with other tools like Jira to help us communicate by powerful visualisations.

It has helped us to solve the problem around communication, collaboration and innovation. I highly recommend it.
  • Powerful visualisation creation - particularly co-creation with lots of people
  • Powerful integrations with tools like Jira
  • Teaching and presentation facilities
  • Collaboration and innovation sessions
  • Planning
  • It would be great to have more powerful integrations with Jira (editing facilities)
  • Actionable Agile is a powerful tool many Azure and Jira companies have for metrics. An export of that would be great too
  • Linked to Jira: it's a seriously deficient tool for visualisation. For example, you can't do WIP control at anything other than column level. Miro could be the ultimate add on, fixing so much of this
  • I'm a ProKanban.org trainer - I'm very happy to give more detail on any of this. I think there's a serious gap in the market
  • It's too early to tell. I brought Miro in as a trial and we (just this week) have extended the use to the whole company.
  • In my limited sphere, it's had a huge impact. I can't give a number, though we are seeing better collaboration and sharing
  • Feedback from teams has been positive and we've seen a steady increase in its usage.
No - great support from the team and good training.
We had a few issues, though these were quickly resolved.
Yes in several ways. We have been able to bring teams together who are in different countries and time zones. We have been able to bring together different disciplines who wouldn't usually work together. We've also been able to
Miro is much better. It offers the best of these tools and much more. As a direct comparison, it's significantly better than Mural.

As a tool, it's pretty unique and the powerful integrations put in a league of its own. Miro is my go to tool in this regard.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is outstanding in so many ways. It's been getting better and better very quickly. Mural used to be my go-to tool. Miro wins hands down (and it's cheaper).

It's great in pretty much every scenario - planning, collaboration, communication.

The only time I wouldn't use Miro is if I had a small team, all in-person. Just a personal preference, I would use tactile things like whiteboards. I don't though have any teams like that
