I can’t remember the exact problem, but the support tech was able to zoom with me to ensure they understood the problem and then continued to update me on the follow up of the issue until it was resolved

Flexibility and scalability is a strength of NetSuite but there is always room for improvement
NetSuite rarely goes down and because it’s cloud based, it can be accessed anywhere
As customization increases, performance rapidly begins to decrease
