Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use NetSuite EPR for our Accounting and Financial processes. We use it to process orders and invoice our customers, generate revenue arrangements, and recognize revenue. We also use it for our fixed asset management, Procurement and AP functions. We are using it to feed actual information to our budgeting and planning tool as well.

The UI is great. The forms can be easily customized to fit our business workflows. The accounting impact on your transactions are visible when entering your data.
In my opinion, NetSuite ERP support is a hit-or-miss. I've found some agents are very knowledgeable and work hard to ensure the issues are resolved positively. However, in my experience, there are others that waits various "meetings/Screenshares" to talk in circles about the issue and do not offer any real solution. I often find solution through my own networks and contacts.
NetSuite ERP in general is very well suited for many business in the mid-to-large market and I would recommend it for accounting and financial processes. It does great for Procure-to-pay, fixed asset, and revenue recognition. I also appreciate the audit trail that NetSuite ERP provides, allowing you to see everything that happens in the system.
