Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is an integral part of our payroll and finance compliance. We use Paycom for reporting on a variety of business issues ranging from Workers' Compensation to complex Tax Reporting. Additionally, Paycom is a major part of our i9 and onboarding compliance and allows us to serve our employees and job applicants in an expeditious manner.

- Reporting assistance
- Additional features such as BETI for payroll efficiency
- Exceptional self-onboarding features
- I would like to see more customer service hours, especially on weekends
- Make more videos on how to run common reports such as workers compensation
- Should offer more products such as Payroll loans with low interest to assist with cash flow
- Reduce HR staff by 50%
- Improved onboarding time by 90%
- Improve compliance to meet goals at 100%
There is a difference in the level of customer service and technology. Paycom is more advanced and nimble. It requires less assistance to use and has no steep learning curve.
