Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom for payroll and HR services. It has been a welcome change from ADP where it used to take hours to run payroll and now I can do it in minutes.
- Ease of use - Self managed HR or any modifications its quicker than ADP
- Reporting- The reports are easier to use and customizable
- Navigation within app - It's just better in every way
- Little more flexibility with the employee self service for employees who refuse to use it.
- Saved time
- Will save us over 30k compared to what ADP was charging us
It used to take me hours to work between ADP Resource and ezLabor, Paycom does it in less than 30. We also must have been getting the bonus rate from ADP because it's a lot cheaper than what they were billing us for their outdated and discontinued software. I have used other ADP platforms in the past and I honestly think they make it difficult just to make them look better.
