Paycom consistently provides timely customer service. When I was learning payroll I made a call and someone walked me through each step on the phone until I felt comfortable enough to submit on my own.
By automating processes Managers are able to work more efficiently without HR intervention and training. This results in more time saved from an HR perspective to focus on other areas in the field.

We added on support for Payroll with Beti to save me time on processing and double-checks. In addition, we paid for custom reporting that saves us a lot of time and effort for labor data.
Yes - Sometimes there can be slight glitches that result in me having to clear cookies from the browser but very rare.
