Overall Satisfaction with Procore

If people are open and willing, Procore will be a great tool. You must watch the videos, ask questions, and use the many resources.
Procore is a great tool, and people who are ready to learn will, quickly.
We use Procore in construction and development within our company. Procore helps us with estimating, drawing management and distributionRFIfi, safety logs & reports, delegation of tasks and responsibility, and more. I really like the ease of drawing management and tracking. I like the ability to see who we have bid to and who has responded to bid invites. Procore allows me to track my work and what I have and haven't done. It keeps those involved honest, including me.

  • Drawing numbers that are outlines do not get picked up through the software.
We can distribute and manage between field and office with greater speed and documentation.

We have never used a system like Procore. We tracked everything through our internal spreadsheets. I know that we have used other programs for drawing review and comments, but no other for what Procore offers us as a total package. I may have missed something, but I don't believe we tried any other product.
The bidding process is a great through Procore. I don't know where it isn't appropriate in what we do. I do believe that it is great for split second decisions. I know that it does well with responsibility of everyone in the project. Procore does well from the start to the finish of the project.

No - Support should come with a product, no matter the product.
We were having an issue in the directory, was contacted very soon, and called very soon. We were able to get the solution with a very helpful person on the phone and computer.
