Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used by our accounting team to maintain the books of our Organization and its subsidiaries as well as by all employees of the Organization for time entry. Sage Intacct helps us maintain accurate records and track how much time employees are spending on projects. The time entries help us with our statement of functional expenses

Our company absolutely takes advantage of automation. We have a small accounting department, so relying on automation to support us is important. We use AR, AP, and general ledger modules as well as projects and timesheets to automate our accounting. This reduces the number of errors as well as saves us money on accounting personnel.
We use the time and expense module in Intacct. All our employees record a timesheet in the system, regardless of how they are paid. This helps us allocate salaries and wages to the applicable projects that they are working on. We also integrated Expensify with Intacct which uses the expense management module.
We used an Intacct rep to help with our configuration of Projects module and other implementations in the past. Most recently we looked into reconfiguring the time and expense module, which is easy enough to do on our own. The Sage Intacct reps are knowledgeable and I would recommend using them if you aren’t comfortable configuring the system on your own

Intacct is very competitive with other products we’ve looked at. They offer the same modules. Their pricing might be more expensive but it was worth it for us to stick with them rather than make a switch to a completely new system. Our Intacct rep has always worked with us to ensure we are happy with the product.
Sage Intacct has been able to grow with our business over the years. We’ve been able to add on modules to our subscription to support our growth, rather than needing to upgrade to a different system. This has saved us time, and Intacct is constantly coming out with new upgrades based on customer needs.
