Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
Salesloft is being used by my organization's Sales and Sales Development teams to organize and make our outreach efforts more efficient. We leverage Salesloft at Shutterstock to create cadences for all our prospects. It automates the process when it comes to reaching out to new prospective customers.
- Automation. Functions such as "Send All", being able to schedule emails, make Salesloft a useful tool that makes it easier for me to get my work done.
- Analytics. Salesloft provides insight into the most effective cadences, steps, templates in order to optimize outreach.
- Integrations. Salesloft integrates with various sales tools including Salesforce, Vidyard, Sendoso, etc.
- It would be nice if I could upload GIFs into emails.
- Improved sales rep productivity. Salesloft allows me to work with large lists of contacts and leads and organize my outreach based on however I decide.
Our team's integrations with Saleforce broke for some reason. When we reached out to our Customer Success Manager there, they were quick to immediately start working on a solution. I was impressed with the speed and manner in which the CSM was able to resolve our problem and let us get back to work quicker.
I have not used any like or similar competitor products.
