Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
SalesLoft is being used on the Sales team by our inside sales reps. It helps the team to quickly send emails and edit them faster with the "Snippets" feature. It also sets up calls quicker and allows the team to plug in call notes as they are on the phone. It gives managers good insight as well to see how the team is staying on top of their email cadences and if their emails are even getting viewed.

- We work in healthcare and the companies are captured by email handles and the companies that auto-populate is not always right.

SalesLoft is always quick to let their customers know when there is a bug and they are down. For our company personally, they always reach out when they have new updates to ask if we need help with learning them. They recently released a "Hot Leads" feature that shows each rep when a person becomes hot. Our support rep showed us how to fix the parameters to identify leads when they become hot based on our business. They are always very responsive and ready to help improve our process.
SalesLoft is by far the best I have used. I've used Yesware before for email templates. I've also used Salesforce for CRM Management and very basic emailing (copy and paste). Yesware was good because it allowed us to store email templates, but the biggest negative was that we could not mass send multiple of the same email. I liked that I can decide when to send the emails later in the day though.
