Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
A majority of our Concur Expense users are out in the field, meeting with HCPs and therefore use the mobile app frequently. Simplifying expense reporting for the sales force is top priority. It’s great that they are able to submit their expenses from their phone since most do not carry a laptop computer around.
- Simplifying expense reporting
- Taking photos of receipts from the mobile app
- Simplifying report creation; Cognos is very advanced
- More advanced training in creating reports in Cognos
- Ease of use of mobile app means less complaints from the field
- Using Concur saves time submitting expense reports
- Lots of third party apps available
