Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

The software was used to store our customers and potential customers information. We needed to work on retention programs, so a CRM was definitely the go for this and SAP gave us the best tools. We didn't get a huge amount of leads, so we needed something simple and budget friendly.

The integration of SAP Sales Cloud with our back-end systems has greatly impacted our sales process. It has provided enhanced visibility into customer data, simplifying complex sales use cases, and increased sales velocity.
It streamlined the coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments, making it easier to close deals and improve customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
When we doubled our sales staff, adding all of them to the platform and assigning leads to each of them was a very easy process. One thing that did happen to us, was that the first time we had a training for 50+ agents from the call center, the platform felt a bit laggy.
But overall, I think this is a software suited for any type of business.
The only problem for a bigger company is figuring the way to have different pipelines for different products or teams. There is no specific way to do it. We had to find a turn around.
I think the main advantage SAP has is the pricing. Though the UI feels more rustic, it is a pretty powerful tool. So as long as someone in the team has enough knowledge on CRM automations, your team will be fine.

SAP Sales Cloud works well for small and medium sized businesses. It is ideal for businesses that don't receive a huge amount of deals daily.
Not appropriate for users who have non experience with CRMs before since the functions aren't too intuitive. But overall great software.
