Core HR processes and limited talent processes are supported by SAP SuccessFactors.
The scope is to support a large multinational organizations in managing HR processes.

Position management is the core of SAP SuccessFactors. The backend is not working with position relationship and in an hybrid scenario, this is forcing customer to build unwanted custom. What about IT17? It was extensively used in ECC on perm and now it is nor in SAP SuccessFactors neither in Concur….
