Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic

As a service provider, ScienceLogic is being used for providing managed services to our multiple customers. I see a very good prospect in ScienceLogic, as many of our large customers are showing interest in using ScienceLogic for IT monitoring.
  • ScienceLogic integration with ServiceNow is becoming more popular with every passing day.
  • Symposium gave me an opportunity to understand that SME's with a great knowledge base is one of the strengths of ScienceLogic.
  • Ending customer issue resolutions in a timely manner.
  • End customer satisfaction is the biggest strength of any IT service company and this is the area where ScienceLogic focuses and helps TCS's to grow.
