We are heavy users of Slack! It's a great way to connect easily and really fast with anyone. It's our preferred way of communication over email, 100%!

I think Slack is way better for chatting than Google, 100%! I think Team works great, but it might be tricky to use at its fullest capacity. Slack is more intuitive and easy to adapt to workflows. It's great that you can connect even with people outside your organization because it makes working with external collaborators and stakeholders a lot easier.
