Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
In today's world of needing work from home or work remotely solutions, Splashtop has been a very useful tool. It allows me to log into my clients' computers, as well as my own when I'm away. It's easy to set up, log in, and work remotely as if you were in front of that very computer in person. It's now my go-to recommendation when people ask for a remote access solution.

- The ability to change monitor resolutions for just the Splashtop log-in session without having to change it back & forth on the computer.
- Significantly more reasonably priced than LogMeIn or GoToMyPC, which were the products I had been using prior to being introduced to Splashtop by one of my clients.
For small businesses, I've experienced nothing but secure remote access. It's been a blessing to my business.
As with everything, you can expect to spend a little bit of time downloading, installing, and setting up the application, but it all went very smoothly and it wasn't hard to understand what to do next as long as you're able to operate a computer and follow instructions.
Yes - It replaced mostly LogMeIn.com (which had originally replaced GoToMyPC.com as my original recommendation) as LogMeIn.com raised their prices significantly...to a point it didn't make sense to continue with them.
