Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We currently use Splashtop Enterprise to provide remote support across the entire organization. With the workforce distributed remotely, it has become an indispensable tool to provide support and keep everyone working. We are using it on an almost daily basis, and it allows us to provide the same support as if our workforce were on site.

- It would be great if it had voice ability so I could talk with the person on the other end

We trust Splashtop Enterprise and haven't had any issues with the security it provides. The connections have been good, and it seems to meet all the industry standards. We haven't used all of the security functions but are very confident in the product if we had to use them.
We were up and running exceedingly quickly. We had no problems, and the product is very straightforward and easy to use. Anyone who has worked with remote tools before shouldn't have any issues being up and running in 1-20 minutes, if not less. It's a very easy product to use and understand.
