Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is used by our company for customer interactions. In our business, it is very important to have a product we can rely on to provide the excellent service we strive toward. We can train our people as well as we possibly can, but in the end, if the product we use is not up to par, we fall to that level too. Luckily, Talkdesk is a product that solves that problem of needing product as excellent as the ones who are using it.
  • It is simple to use, making the user experience very easy and intuitive.
  • The quality of the audio that comes from the customer end is always crisp and clear.
  • We rarely have instances where the customer can't hear our audio or claims it to be unclear. Very reliable.
  • Dropped calls are an occasional issue that causes strife.
  • On occasion, if an update is needed, the product can cease to be functional.
  • Sometimes when users are available, the system will queue calls in waiting rather than sending them to the available users, causing longer wait times than are necessary.
  • When the quality of the service is good, the customer is more likely to choose to work with us.
  • The easy user interface helps increase efficiency.
  • Intuitive design helps to lessen the time that users spend trying to navigate the service and free them up to proceed to the next calls.
The service team is most always proactive about communicating issues or outages, and are really good at communicating along the way to solve them. I have never felt left in the dark regarding an issue experienced with Talkdesk, due to the excellence of the service team in communicating the solutions and statuses to us.
